This is a 45cm (17.7in) long princess length sterling silver necklace, which pairs with a large faceted freeform rich purple amethyst comes from Africa or a smaller but clearer Uruguay amethyst.

Some historical accounts say that Saint Valentine had an amethyst ring carved with an image of Cupid.
